FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. Is there a cost to register?
No – Registration is totally free! (And for this reason it’s important that you PRE-REGISTER so we can use our limited resources wisely!)
2. Is there a cost for meals?
No, there is no cost for on-site meals. However, in order to provide for everyone's needs and avoid waste, please indicate in the online registration form only those meals you will be attending.
3. Is it necessary to pre-register, even if I live locally or am coming for just a couple hours?
Yes, it is necessary to pre-register by Friday, August 21. We need a final number of attendees for materials, food, and break-out session space. Help us keep the Gathering Green and cost effective!
4. Can I attend just part of the Gathering?
Yes, as long as you pre-register, you can attend a part or all of the program, whatever fits into your schedule. Please be sure to indicate in the online registration form only those meals you will be attending.
5. What if I need translation or have special needs (dietary restrictions, disabilites, etc.)?
Please indicate your needs in the online registration form so we can make every effort to accommodate them.
6. I’m not a member of the New Sanctuary Movement – can I still attend the Gathering?
Yes, and please do!
7. I would like to register, but not online. Whom should I contact?
